Uninstalling the game does not delete your account. Your cloud save and server records remain until you ask us to delete them.
Delete in the game
- Open SettingsFrom the base, open Settings and choose the Account tab.
- Choose Delete accountTap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm twice. The final button becomes available after a few seconds.
- Wait for the confirmationKeep the game open while your account is deleted. When it shows Account deleted, your account and the data described below are gone.
Deletion is not available during a run. If your connection drops while your account is being deleted, the game cannot be played on that account any more: tap Retry, or open the game again later, and the deletion finishes. If it is interrupted on our side, our servers finish it automatically within about an hour.
After deletion the game stays on the Account deleted screen. To play again with a new account, uninstall and reinstall the game.
Request deletion by email
If you have uninstalled the game or cannot open it, you can ask us to delete your account by email.
- Send us an emailEmail support@robotsurvival.com with the subject "Robot Survival Account Deletion Request". The button below opens a pre-filled message.
- Help us find your accountInclude the details listed under Identifying your account. Never send your password or payment card details.
- Confirm the requestWe may reply to confirm that you control the account before deleting anything.
- We delete your dataWe delete your account and the data described below, then confirm by email.
Identifying your account
Robot Survival accounts do not use an email address or password, so we need other details to find yours. Include as many of these as you can:
- Your Google Play Games gamer name, if you signed in with Google Play Games in Settings.
- The Google Play order number (it starts with
GPA.) of any purchase you made in the game. You can find it in your Google Play order history or receipt email. - The approximate date you started playing, your device model and your current Player Level.
A Google Play order number is the most reliable detail: our record of each purchase verified by our server stores its order number with your account. A guest account that was never linked to Google Play Games and has no purchases may be impossible for us to identify. In that case we will tell you. If you can still open the game, deleting in the game always works.
What is deleted
- Your Robot Survival account (the guest account, and its link to Google Play Games if you signed in).
- Your cloud save: all game progress, currencies, Supply Keys, equipment, talents, Operation progress, missions, achievements, events and settings.
- Server records linked to your account: run records, daily request counts, rewarded-ad reward records, VIP membership state and the history of in-game economy actions.
- When you delete in the game, the copy of your save and settings stored on your device.
What may be kept
- Purchase records (order ID, product, status and dates, with the purchase token stored only in hashed form) are kept for as long as the game operates, so a purchase can never be granted twice and refunds can be traced. They are no longer linked to your account.
- A deletion record holding only your account ID and the dates of the deletion is kept for 30 days, so a deletion that was interrupted can be finished and confirmed.
- Server logs that contain your account ID are deleted automatically 30 days after they are written.
- Rewarded ads you watched but never claimed are not linked to any account and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Data held by Google, such as your Google Play purchase history, Google Play Games profile and AdMob advertising data, is controlled by Google. You can manage it in your Google Account.
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. Your progress, currencies and items cannot be restored, and we cannot move them to another account.
- Cancel any VIP subscription in Google Play first. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and it does not refund past purchases. The game shows a Manage subscription button when you have an active membership.
- After deletion the game cannot be played on that install. To start again with a new guest account and fresh progress, uninstall and reinstall the game.
- Purchases that Google Play still lists as yours, such as a permanent upgrade or an active VIP membership, can be restored on your new account with the same Google account. Used items, such as Energy Crystal packs, are not restored.
- Robot Survival is in its testing phase. All accounts and progress created during testing will be deleted at the first public release, whether or not you request it.
Processing time
Deletion in the game happens immediately. For email requests: we confirm when we receive your request and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your account, then confirm again by email.
